Urban Housing And Development Program (2016-19)

In the year 2016-17, NHRDO has taken Over the Slum Area Development Project of Ramnagar, Warje, Pune from Polestar Estates and Properties Pvt.Ltd. for executing actual affordable housing to 40000 families-slum dwellers in the area. 70 acres of their Land to be developed with all public amenities like school, college, libraries, gardens, co-operative socities offices, skill training center and many other for the social development. Now requested funds for the development of this project of Urban Slum Development and Skill Training to these slum people for their socio economic development also conducing programmes for awareness about cleanliness, health, gender equality and providing them inputs for the cooperative development, Self-help groups (SHG) has been formed, aware them savings at bank accounts, fulfil needs sharing from the group itself, not to raise unnecessary dues or loans. Use money for the family development, self-employment to their families. These people are ready to accept inputs from us and they are ready for their development. Till the year 2019-20 planned to provide housing to slum dwellers.
